Terms and Conditions

(1) These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of browser games by dbpg deutsche Bühnenproduktionsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG. (2) The game-specific rules of the respective game also apply.

(1) Registration is permitted from the age of 12. (2) Users may only operate one account per game and server. The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounting) is prohibited. (3) The account is non-transferable. Sharing login credentials with third parties is prohibited.

(1) Virtual currencies and items can be purchased in the games. These are provided immediately upon receipt of payment. (2) Virtual goods have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged back. (3) Upon deletion or suspension of the account, there is no entitlement to refund of virtual currencies or items.

(1) Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. (2) The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for digital content if the user has expressly agreed that the provider begins execution of the contract before expiry of the withdrawal period, and the user has confirmed their knowledge that they lose their right of withdrawal through this consent. (1) The provider may suspend or terminate the user account in case of violations of these Terms and Conditions or the game-specific rules. (2) Users may delete their account at any time without giving reasons.

(1) The provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health. (2) In case of slight negligence, the provider is only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to the contract-typical, foreseeable damage. (3) Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

(1) The provider aims for 98% availability on an annual average. Excluded are scheduled maintenance work and circumstances beyond the provider's control. (2) No availability guarantee is given for services marked as "Beta".

(1) The provider reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions with effect for the future. Changes will be communicated to the user at least 4 weeks before they take effect. (2) If the user does not object within 4 weeks of receiving the notification, the new Terms and Conditions are deemed accepted.

(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. (2) If the user is a merchant, legal entity under public law, or special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction is Munich. (3) Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
